Larger companies often are able to provide prescription assistance to their employees by negotiating a discounted rate with pharmacies and insurance carriers. Because they have a large number of employees, these companies are, in essence, buying in bulk. When you become an QuilityRx cardholder, you also have access to reduced prices through bulk buying.

QuilityRx has a national network of drugstores and retail outlets. 35,000 stores have partnered with QuilityRx to offer prescription assistance to the uninsured and under-insured.

Yes, you can use this card as often as you like.

The actual amount you will save varies depending on which pharmacy you use and which medication you buy. Use the pricing tool to get an idea of what your medicine will cost at different pharmacies.

  • The average savings is $61 per prescription.
  • If the pharmacy’s price is lower than the discount card price, you pay the lower retail price.
If you have run into an issue using one of our cards at your pharmacy, please call us on the Pharmacy Hotline shown on your card. We can typically resolve most issues while you’re in the pharmacy.
At QuilityRx, we realize that pets are a part of the family too. Use your QuilityRx card to save money on eligible pet prescriptions. Sometimes the retail price is lower than the price negotiated by QuilityRx; if that is the case, you pay the lower of the two prices. Either way, you save money!
Yes! QuilityRx can still help you reduce your prescription costs and help you find prices that are lower than some of your typical co-pays. Sometimes insurance doesn’t cover a certain drug or you can’t afford your medication due to a high deductible, this is where we can help.

Yes, absolutely. The cost of prescriptions changes frequently and vary by pharmacy. By using our pricing tool, you can find out which pharmacy has the lowest price. While Medicare helps reduce drug costs, there are a variety of discounts with QuilityRx which could provide lower prices than prices with Medicare.

Your insurance or Medicare plan’s co-pays may not be the lowest price. Show your QuilityRx card to the pharmacist and ask them to run your QuilityRx card to see which price is lower. There are many discounts available which may offer lower prices than your co-pay or Medicare prices.
When using your QuilityRx card instead of your insurance, your prescription payment will not be automatically applied towards your deductible. You should contact your insurance company to find out if you can submit receipts for prescriptions purchased using your QuilityRx card.
Yes! If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA). You can use the funds from your HSA fund to purchase prescriptions using your QuilityRx card.
